Abstract

The paper is a contribution to the study of the history of the concept CORRUPTION in the former Yugoslavia. It shows how a detailed linguistic analysis of word usage can contribute to conceptual history. The study is based on an empirical analysis of newspaper reports on what was called the Našice scandal in 1935.
